Sylwia

Hi, I’m Sylwia, founder of Follow The Flow and Saola Studio.

I work as a stylist and set designer, shaping concepts and bringing creative direction into every stage of the process.

Composition is my obsession. Precision is non-negotiable.
I collect aesthetic experiences the way others collect souvenirs.

I am drawn to functional design, objects with intention and spaces that tell a story.

Travel, nature and movement keep me grounded. Italian and techno currently keep me curious.

I studied Photography at the Lodz Film School, Management at the Lodz University of Technology, and Interior Design at the School of Form.

I believe ambitious ideas deserve ambitious execution.

Tomasz

Hi, I’m Tomasz, also known as Tom Skof, co-founder of Follow The Flow and Saola Studio.

I work across music, image and space, combining media to create immersive audiovisual experiences.

I move between sound, light and image, building hybrid forms that blur disciplines. Rhythm shapes the way I think. Structure shapes the way I produce.

My sensitivity to interiors and aesthetics grew naturally over time and now informs every project I lead.

I am part of artistic collectives including SSM, Fotofestiwal, PomeloArt and Disko Zakvas.

At FTF, I focus on client relations, logistics, development, image distribution and video production. I make sure ideas move forward.

Mateusz

Hi, I’m Mateusz.

At Follow The Flow, I see the frame before it reaches post-production.

I’m a photographer driven by light, structure and visual harmony.

I value precision and stay closely connected to evolving technology, treating it as a tool that sharpens vision rather than replaces it.

I graduated from the Cinematography Department of the Lodz Film School, where I now also work as a lecturer.

Alongside commercial work, I develop personal projects exploring the space between documentary and creation.

Discipline shapes my process. Nature resets my perspective.

I believe a strong image begins long before the shutter clicks.

Krystian

Hi, I’m Krystian.

I am a visual artist by passion and profession, a radio host and a graduate of Royal Academy of Art in The Hague.

I see myself as a natural observer and a sensitive storyteller with a soft spot for photo books.

Daily, I work in film production on different levels which determines my tasks at FTF as the main video editor and creative assistant.

I believe that best ideas come from trial and error and in the process I’m inspired by imperfections that somehow accurately fall into place.

I love brainstorming and coming up with multiple solutions to a single issue. Working around interior design challenges me to sharpen my ideas.

Zuzia

Hi, I’m Zuzia.

At Follow the Flow Studio, I support the team with the everyday flow of projects, from coordinating orders and taking care of ongoing matters to helping make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I’m most inspired by creating things from scratch and looking for unexpected solutions.

Dance and theatre have shaped the way I experience movement, emotion and expression. Music is a constant presence in my everyday life and one of my greatest sources of inspiration.

I’m deeply interested in analogue photography. To me, it is not only a way of preserving memories, but a medium capable of capturing emotions that words often cannot.

I believe creativity grows where intuition meets courage, and that every meaningful project begins with a different way of seeing.

Beyond our core team, we collaborate with a wider circle of trusted creatives,

from retouchers and assistants to production partners.

Each project brings together the right mix of people, thoughtfully selected to support its unique needs.
